Helen B. Youngblood, 79, of Port Arthur, Texas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 9, 2014 peacefully at her home. She was a native of New Iberia, LA and a resident of Port Arthur for over 50 years. She retired from St. Mary’s Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Herman Youngblood. Helen is survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 with a viewing from 1 p.m. until service time with Pastor Lee Edward Fields officiating. Burial will be Monday, November 24, 2014 at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
