She is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Collins Jr.; son, Rodney L. Collins; and grandson, Weston Collins.
She is survived by her sister, Wanda McCoy; nieces, Janice Aubin, Janet Porter, Karen Lomnasy; nephews, Derryl L. Collins, Russell Nations, and Wayne Laws; great niece, Kimberly A. Murphy; and great nephew, Darren L. Collins.
There will be a memorial gathering on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Pat H. Foley and Co., 1200 34th Street, Houston, Texas 77018.
