Trang Van Tran

Trang was born October 20, 1957 in DaNang, Vietnam to the late Tran Van Dang and Nguyen Thi Ty. Trang is described by his family as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather and a loyal friend to many. He was a Fisherman who worked to provide the best for his family. Trang was always known to help anyone in need and never asked for anything in return. He was proud of his heritage and his family. His smile will be greatly missed by many.

Trang is survived by his wife, Mieu Susan Tran; son, Quoc Tran and his wife Trinh Tran of Corinth, Texas; daughters, Nancy Pham and her husband Riem Pham of Bridge City; Jeanie Tran and her husband Brent Kay of Orange; Marsha Tran of Bridge City; brother, Cuong Tran of Orange; sister, Tran Thi Nuoi of DaNang, Vietnam; grandchildren, Alex Pham, Angelyna Pham, Alyssa Marie Pham, Alexia Tran, Adalyn Paige Tran and Brennon Kay.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Friday, July 12, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Gammier-Oberle Funeral Home with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
