Agnes Poirier

POIRIER, Agnes (Nan)— Passed away, peacefully, at the Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Agnes Dawson Poirier, in her 95th year, was the former wife of Wilfred Poirier and the wife of the late Albert Leard (1947). She was the dear mother of Jean (Reno) Zamin, Shiela (Joseph) Scott, Marlene (Robert) Caswell and Bonnie (Poirier-Smith). Agnes will be greatly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. At Agnes’ request, special thanks to the staff on Third Floor, Bruce Trail, St. Joseph’s Health Centre, for their special personal care. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 12-1 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment of ashes, Memory Gardens, Breslau.
