FOWLIE, Alexander Charles – Suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital, on Saturday, December 22, 2012. Alexander C. (Sandy) Fowlie, in his 88th year was the beloved husband of Mary M. (Krusky) Fowlie. Dear father of Barry and his wife Vanessa, Mary Lyn and Alexis and her husband Dan Fortier, and the late James. Loved grandfather of Shelley and Aaron, Alicia, Sheumais and Nada, Olwen, Alex and Ryan and great-grandfather of Noah and Zackary. Dear brother of Marion Hoath of Wiarton and Leona Greig of Own Sound and the late Ethel Collins. Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Sandy will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Entombment Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery.
