

Anna Virginia Bartolomucci (Ventresca) peacefully passed away on October 4th, 2018 in her 54th year, surrounded by her loving family and friends at Hamilton General Hospital. Anna was happily married to her husband, and childhood sweetheart; Angelo Bartolomucci for 31 years. Anna was a dear mother of David (Alex) Bartolomucci and Alexandria (Nicholas) Bartolomucci. Anna is survived and will be greatly missed by her mother Lucy Ventresca and father Frank Ventresca. Anna was loved by her mother in law Maria (Paolo) Bartolomucci and predeceased father in law Odoardo Bartolomucci. Anna will be missed by her loving sister in law Annamaria Bartolomucci and her nephews and niece, Michael, Dalton, Dante, and Athena. Anna will be remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends, family, and furry friends.
Anna was spirited, loved to travel, was an avid dog lover and a passionate scrap booker. Anna took joy in helping many people during her 33-year nursing career. Anna was always laughing, smiling and had a positive attitude through life. She was definitely one in a million. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses throughout her journey for all their wonderful care.
Family and friends of Anna will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Sunday October, 7, 2018 from 2-4pm, and on Monday October 8, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9pm with prayers at 3pm. A funeral mass to celebrate Anna’s life will be held at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N, Guelph on Tuesday October 9, 2018 at 11am. Entombment to follow at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum in Marymount Cemetery. Reception to follow back at the funeral home’s Fellowship Lounge.
