I have fond memories of Carol Ann when we were neighbors on Meadowview Ave. My condolences to the family. My prayers & thoughts are with you.

Hi, I had the blessing to be with Carol Ann. She meant the world to me. Always happy, even on the darkest day she could make me happy. Carol Ann kept our home beautiful, always with lots of plants. I would bring her flowers and always a hug and a kiss. She would say "What are these for?", and I would say "Just for you". Carol Ann made me so happy, she never would complain... Well maybe a little, but I love her so much. Carol Ann would wait for spring to come so she could take care of her 15 flower beds, always beautiful. People would ask how she did it and she would say "No problem" with a smile. Carol Ann was my life. I was with Carol Ann at her bedside and holding her hand and I said "I love you, Carol Ann". She opened her eyes a little bit and said "I love you too". Three times we said I love you, then God took my Angel to heaven. Sweetheart, I will see you soon. LOVE YOU!

To leave a memory --- I have a lifetime of memories. Hundreds and hundreds of printable ones, and likewise the unprintable kind.  LOL .  Impossible to choose. Instead I will tell you a little about this unquenchable light that was and is Carol.  She stood out in any crowd. Even alone, people noticed her. You know the type. In the parking lot you see someone you have never met getting into a car, or in a store at the till,  or crossing a street,-whatever wherever - and for some reason your mind registers them, and most times you don't even know why they have caught your attention, but there they are ,finding a spot in your mind for all time.
If you were lucky enough to know Carol, you would say she had a most stunning and brilliant smile. She smiled from the inside out. She loved to laugh and laughed a lot. And when she laughed, so did you!  Carol had an animated personality. You always knew if she was angry , unhappy,  excited, etc. by watching the expressions crossing her face, or by the vibes she radiated.  Carol was smart, and famously quick witted.   She ran her own business for many years with a five-star rating as her customers loved her so. ( well of course ! )  Carol loved life and was not afraid to step out of a safe zone. She never put on airs. She was honest, solid, and open.  She could be a force you needed to respect. - Five feet tall with a hundred foot Aura !  Carol totally loved her family, and friends,  the little piece of paradise she and Ken created , was a   caring and gentle person, warmed and lit any space she occupied, and was simply fun to be around.    Ken was the love and light of her life.  Her true soul-mate. It was a blessing , it was more, it was  destiny that they found each other. They completed each other.  The world could be a colder darker place in her absence, but I believe ,Carol generated such a presence in life that the memories she has left for us will sustain and strengthen all who love her.
