It is heartfelt sadness that the family announce the passing of Connor
suddenly on August 18th, 2018 as a result of a tragic accident in B.C.
Connor was born and raised in Guelph. A life lived far too short, Connor
was only 23 years old.
Loving son of Michael and Carol. Dear brother to Matthew and Carter.
He will be forever remembered by his family, friends and co-workers from
Guelph/surrounding area, Cornwall, the Maritimes to BC.
Predeceased by his grandparents; Theodore and Mary McGuigan (PEI), and
Robert and Judy Hillson (Guelph).
Connor was a young and dedicated hard worker; determined to pursue his
dreams and succeed. He was loved by everyone he met. He had a special
smile and piercing blue eyes. Connor had a drive to learn new things and
was on a mission; a journey which included the beginning of a new career
in long distance truck driving. He recently ventured to BC to pursue the
oil tank industry.
He always loved trucks but his newest passion was his motorcycle which he
loved riding. His newly found friends and co-workers in BC thought of him
as family. Connor was a hands on guy which included his love to work on
his truck and his new bike. He had a talent to draw and eye for detail.
Visitation will be held at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart
Chapel, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, on Thursday, August 30 from 2-4, and
6-8pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on
Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to
