David McGowan

McGowan, David (June 16, 1981- May 7, 2015) Surrounded by his family, David passed away on May 7, 2015 after a valiant battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Brie and proud Daddy of Grace. Loving son of Phil and Carol. Cherished brother of Derek (Jenny) and uncle to Olivia and Charlotte. Son in law to Donna and Grant and brother in law to Kara (Bryan). David will be deeply missed and always remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. David loved with a fierceness and passion that will never be forgotten. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Hospice Wellington for their incredible care. Family and friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, on Monday May 11, 2015 from 7:00- 9:00 p.m. A celebration of David’s life will be held on Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hart chapel.
