McKnight, David F. Of Rockwood, in his 72nd year, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Tuesday September 9, 2014. He is survived by Marion Hunter. Proud father of Karen of Hamilton, David (Jennifer) of Belwood, Douglas (Suzanne) of Victoria B.C., Tammy (Dave), Sandi and Jay (Erika) all of Acton. Poppa to 14 grandchildren. Predeceased by Frances Hall (1990). Sister of Sheila (Rick) of Brampton. Brother-in-law of Barry (Meg) of Caledon East. Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood. As per Dave’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th, at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 197, 15 Wright Avenue, Acton. A light lunch will be served.
