JAMIESON, Dayna Elizabeth - Suddenly, in Guelph on Sunday, June 21, 2009. Dayna Jamieson, age 34 years, was the beloved daughter of Naomi Jamieson and her husband William Polak of Guelph. She was the loving sister of Tara and her husband Jared Tichner of Milton. Dayna was the dear granddaughter of Emily Hodgson, Sylvia Polak, and William P. Polak. She was the special aunt to Madison and Abigail. Survived also by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel , 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Friday, June 26, 2009, from 1 - 3 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 3 p.m. Interment to take place in Chapman Cemetery, Magnetawan, Ont.
