

DEBRA 'DEBBIE' ROBERTSON (nee REINHART) - Peacefully at home with husband Michael by her side, on July 22, 2009, at the age of 55. Loving mother to James (wife Daniela) and Kelly who mourn her loss greatly. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Colette Reinhart, whom she loved dearly. Cherished sister to Jeff, Paul and Donna. Beloved daughter-in-law to Dorothy and the late Douglas Robertson. Born in Guelph, Ontario, Debbie moved to Toronto to study nursing, which she practiced with dedication, heart and humour for 25 years as a Registered Nurse at University Hospital in London, and 4 years as the Fracture Clinic co-ordinator at Toronto East General Hospital. 'Our Mother was an inspiration, who embraced life honestly and sought to brighten the days of everyone she met, touching many lives with her uncompromising generosity and tireless optimism.' She accepted life's adversity with grace, strength and an unwavering spirit that found joy in every moment she was given. Mom travelled the world, winning life-long friends wherever she went with her warmth, her smile and her irrepressible love of life. She will be well missed and fondly remembered by her family, her friends, her colleagues and her many patients. 'Full of joy, she leaves this world better than she found it.' Resting at the Gilbert Maclntyre and Son Funeral Home, 'Dublin Chapel,' 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph, where the family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, July 31, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service celebrating Debbie's life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
