Ellen Mary Arthur

ARTHUR, ELLEN MARY (nee Winslow): Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday March 15th, 2007, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late David Arthur (1985). Loved mother of Mary (John) Lawrence of Arkell and Peggy Allen-Winslow of Vancouver. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey and Becky Lawrence (Thunder Bay), Jennifer Lawrence and Duane Cook (Guelph), Jason and Laurie Turner (L.A., Califonia), and Michael Arthur (Black Diamond, Alberta), Loving great-grandmother of Tobi and Bordie Lawrence, Harrison Turner and Kolton Arthur. Predeceased by her son Robert Arthur (2004). Ellen will be missed by her brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law and their families. A Memorial Service to celebrate Ellen's life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Arkell United Church, Arkell, ON, at 11 am. Interment to follow at Farnham Cemetery, Arkell. In honour of her life, friends and family are asked to take a moment to remember Ellen in their own way. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make donations to The Arthritis Society or the Canadian Red Cross.
