Frances Delaney

Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital with her family by her side on November 3, 2013 in her 92nd year. Frances was born in Montreal, where she remained until 2008 when she joined her children in Ontario. Daughter of John Kairns and Loretta O’Toole. Predeceased by her five brothers and sisters. She was the loving wife of Charles Delaney (1998) for 46 years. Cherished and supportive mother of Kenny (Kim) of Mississauga, Cathy (Alan Wheatley) of Guelph. Adoring grandmother to Sarah, Erin, Lauren, and Alison. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, for visitation on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 6–9 pm. A further visitation will be held at the Collins Clarke MacGillvray and White Funeral Homes, 307 Riverside Drive, St. Lambert, QC, on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church 125 Grove St., Greenfield Park, QC, on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 10 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall.If so desired donations to the St. Joseph’s Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
