

Born in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, Frank carried his Portuguese roots with pride throughout his life. He will be fondly remembered by his many colleagues at Imperial Tobacco, where he formed lasting friendships over the years.
Frank was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Anita, with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. He was a proud and caring father to his son, Jason, who was a constant source of pride and joy.
One of five siblings, Frank was predeceased by all of them. Though he was the last of his generation, he carried the memories and stories of his family with him always. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital, 2nd floor, Whispering Oaks, especially Jaz who held a special place in Frank’s heart. The family is also deeply grateful to family doctor Dr. J. T. Dason and Dr. Shaffir at St. Joseph’s for their exceptional support and care.
Friends will be received on Thursday, March 5 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N. A funeral mass will follow at 1:00 pm at the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate, 28 Norfolk St. Guelph, with interment at Marymount Cemetery, 5400 Hwy 6, Ariss.
