McNamee, Godfrey Almeric-- Passed away with his family by his side, at the Guelph General Hospital, on Thursday, January 30, 2014. Godfrey Almeric McNamee, age 85 years, will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Dorothy (North) McNamee of Guelph. He was the loved father of Randall McNamee and his wife Susan, and Alison Brown and her husband Rick of Orangeville. Godfrey was the proud Gaggy of Leslie, Jennifer, and Travis. He was the dear brother of Clarice Polack of Cayman, Nellie Newman of Woodstock, Calvin McNamee of Millett, Alberta, Peter McNamee of Brockville, Winston McNamee of Mississauga, and the late Linda Brown. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where a private family service will be held followed by cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. David and St. Patrick Anglican Church, Guelph, would be appreciated by the family.
