At the Guelph General Hospital on Saturday March 12th, 2022. Helen E (Kurtz) Christie age 93 years. Beloved wife of Edward P (Ted) Christie. Much loved mother of Bonnie and her husband Raymond Bolton, and Wendy and her husband Grant Drohan, all of Guelph. Loved Nana of Jeremy (Amy); Robert (Rebecca); Nicole; Christopher (Holly); Matthew (Vicki) and Aaron. Great-Nana of Charles; Henry, Ruth-anne, Thomas; Tyson, Hunter, Charlotte; Ella, Jack, James; Kaleah and Carson. Dear sister of Vincent Kurtz (late Grace) of Guelph, and the late Roy Kurtz; John Kurtz; Kathryn Edwards (Bill); Clare Kurtz and Marjorie DuVal (Ken). Dear sister in law of the late Lindsay Christie; Gary and Wynne Christie; Kurt and Sandy Christie; Noel and the late Fran Christie and Paul and Nadia Christie. Survived also by many nieces and nephews.

Resting at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Rd, Guelph. Visitation at the church, Wednesday March 16th, 2022 at 10:00am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Private entombment at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum at Marymount Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Food for Children Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
