Jayne Paget Douglas

Surpassing all odds of survival, Jayne arrived in our lives prematurely on December 14, 1986, in Paget, Bermuda and has now left us too soon on July 20, 2010. Jayne is the eternally loved daughter of Laurie Douglas, of Guelph, and Paul Douglas of Toronto. Jayne was predeceased by her infant brothers, Ivan and Robert John. Left to cherish and respect her memory are Jayne's relatives, Godparents, and close friends in Ontario and Manitoba. Her infectious smile and inherited Douglas dry wit, will always be remembered. Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. Cremation has taken place. Sincere gratitude is extended to the staff of Dunara, especially Erica and Candice, who have been instrumental as Jayne's life coaches. Family and friends of Jayne Douglas are invited to attend a Celebration of Jayne's Life on Saturday, October 2, 2010, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The celebration will take place at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 171 Kortright Rd. W., Guelph, ON. Jayne died July 20, 2010 at the age of 23. She is the eternally loved daughter of Laurie Douglas of Guelph and Paul Douglas of Toronto. A Private Family Service has taken place at Marymount Cemetery.
