John Thomas Walker

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Walker, who died on July 29, 2021, at the age of 94.

Predeceased by his wife Dorothy (nee Jennings). Beloved brother to Dorothy McLaren and Geraldine Evans. Cherished uncle of Steve, Peter (Mandy), Maria (David), Vickie (Brian). Loving great-uncle to Taralyn, Tamara, Pam, Allison, Stephanie, Zack, Dean, Mark, and Kara. Step-grandfather to Mark and Chris. Brother-in-law to Jan Walker and Maire Currie. Father in law to Barbara Beveridge

Will be fondly remembered by all friends and extended family.

Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St N, Guelph, where visitation will take place on August 4, 2021, from 10-11 am, followed by a service at 11 am. All guests wanting to attend must RSVP via the funeral homes website, and follow all Covid-19 guidelines (i.e wearing a mask and keeping 2 meters distance). If desired, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion or to the charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
