

BOUCHER, Lorraine—(formerly Lorraine Peloso) At the Guelph General Hospital, Guelph on Friday, May 16, 2014. Lorraine (nee Tremblay) Boucher, in her 88th year, was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd Boucher (2008). She was the dear mother of Daniel Peloso of Toronto, Michael Peloso and his wife Susan of Ottawa, Larry Peloso and partner Andy Neilson of Toronto, Diane Ferraro and her husband John of Nottawa, Marc Peloso and his wife Joanne of Guelph and James Peloso and his wife Jennifer of Okotoks, AB. Lorraine was the loved grandmother of 28 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is remembered by Sev Peloso and family. Lorraine was born in Chisholm, Maine and was the youngest of eleven siblings, now all deceased: Lea, Ida, Raoul, Ronaldo, Jeanne, Yvette, Roger, Gilberte, Gillbette and Rita. She was predeceased by her parents Edgar and Louise Tremblay. She was one of the co-founders of Wyndham House and she was an avid CWL member. Lorraine was one of Guelph’s best bowlers from the 1960s to 2005, and she worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Guelph, for more than 25 years. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Lorraine will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma St., Guelph, on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation.
