Louis Lou Pecjak

PECJAK, Louis (Lou)— Died peacefully at home, on Thursday, January 14, 2016. Lou Pecjak, in his 76th year, was the beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Kleven) Pecjak (2000) and the late Mary (nee Mavec) Pecjak (2014). He was the dear father of Scott (Carla) Pecjak and Todd (Angela) Pecjak. Lou is fondly remembered by his grandson Andrew Pecjak. He is survived by siblings Toni (Lynn) Pecjak, Anne Davies and Albert (Brenda) Pecjak, and by nieces, nephews and cousins. Lou was predeceased by his parents Joseph John Pecjak and Louisa (nee Horvat) Pecjak and by his brother Joseph (and his late wife Nancy (nee Dasovich) Pecjak). Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 9 to 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Timmins and District Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home (519-822-4731) or send condolences to www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com ).
