Morris, Maizie – Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Fergus on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Jim Morris (2013) for 58 years. Loving mother of Joseph (Sanja) and Maureen and cherished grandmother of Stephen and Katelyn. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Catherine Connington. Loving sister of Winnie Connington and sister-in-law of Peggy, Marcia, Marylou, Helma and the late Valerie. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Maizie was a long time member and past president of the C.W.L. of Holy Rosary Parish. Family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be said Tuesday at 2:30pm. Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Parish, 175 Emma St., Guelph on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Marymount Cemetery.
