Margaret Anne Berry

BERRY, Margaret (Margie) - nee DiCarlo (1925 - 2011) Died peacefully at Guelph General Hospital surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 27th. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Berry (1967). Loving mother of Allan (Joan), Myra (Rick), Marty, Randy (Diane), Brian (Linda) and Paula (Roy). Cherished grandmother of Andrea, Andre (Kris), Kevin, Anita (Ken), Brianne, Ryan, Drew and Hayley. Great-Grandma to Braden, Sierra and Dylan. Beloved sister of Anthony, Emma, Nick (Mary) and Freddy (Bernie). Predeceased by siblings Grace, Mike, Mary, Johnny, Lucy, Ange and Ernie. Margie was a long-time member of St. Joseph's CWL and was a faithful volunteer and employee of St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a wonderful mother who enjoyed cooking for her family and had a passion for sweets. Margie enjoyed weekly visits with 'The Tea Bags', sleep-overs and playing games with her grandchildren, and late-night television. "We'll miss you Mom. We love you" Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where family will receive friends on Sunday, January 30, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Margaret will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow.
