

GOETZ, Margaret Mary Therese – Passed away peacefully, at Hospice Wellington on Thursday, August 11, 2011 from cancer. Margaret Mary Therese in her 91st year was the beloved wife of the late Elmer J. Goetz (1972). Dear mother of Margaret Ellen and her husband John Maschio, Mary Elizabeth McLelland, Barbara Marie and her Husband John Manera and Bernadette Therese and her husband Vincent Timpano. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Maria (Matthew), Sean, Andrew, Amelia, Evelyn (2004) Elise (Nicholas), Noah (Danielle), Samantha, James, Sara and Catherine. A delighted great-grandmother of Hannah. Dear sister of Rita and her late husband Chester Kruetzkemp of Kitchener, the late Mary (George) Haefling of Guelph, Michael (Joan) Goetz of Wallaceburg, Jack (Anna) Goetz, Leo Goetz both of London, and Monica McMillan of Orillia. Sister-in-law of Aubrey McMillan. Margaret was a devoted member of the Catholic Women's League at Church of Our Lady Immaculate. She faithfully attended daily morning Mass. Margaret will be remembered for her independent nature, acts of charity and devotion to the Rosary. She will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph where Margaret's' family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Margaret will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk St., Guelph on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
