Maria Stradiotto

STRADIOTTO, Maria (nee Bendo) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at St. Joseph's Health Care Facility, Guelph, in her 72nd year. Maria was the beloved wife of Pasquale Stradiotto for 50 years, loving mother of Laura Cantelon (Jack), Lisa McCulligh (Paul), Diana Reilly (Blake), Jessica Smith (Craig) and Jason Stradiotto, and proud Nonna of eleven grandchildren. Maria was predeceased by her parents Guiseppe and Alba Bendo. She will be remembered always by her four sisters and two brothers. The family wishes to extend a heart felt thank-you to all the staff at St. Joseph's Health Care Facility, Guelph and the Community Care Access Centre, North Simcoe, Muskoka. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, "Dublin Chapel", 252 Dublin Street, North, Guelph where the family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 (2-4p.m. and 7-9p.m.). A vigil for Maria will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday at 8:30p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 11a.m. Interment at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
