PETTIGREW, Marie Juliette Laura - Peacefully at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph, on Thursday, July 9th, 2009. Laura (Chenard) Pettigrew, in her 92nd year, beloved wife of the late Oscar Pettigrew (1999). Dear mother of Rod and his wife Elaine, Mario and his wife Carol, all of Guelph, Bert and his wife Vicki of Chatham, Bernice and her husband Doug Green (Laura's best son-in-law) of Guelph, and the late Bernie (1991). Loved grandmother of Scott, Ryan, Melissa, Allison, Sarah, Meaghan, Nathaniel, and Kevin, and great-grandmother of Jorja-Paige, Shannon, and Meghan. Dear sister of Rosa Jalbert of Quebec. Predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers for Laura will be held on Monday at 3:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph, on Tuesday, July 14th, 2009, at 10 a.m. Interment at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
