Marilynn Anne McKechnie Riseborough

Marilynn passed away peacefully on June 18th, 2019 with her daughters Jennifer Kerr-Dittrich and Joanna Kerr by her side. She was married to her loving husband, Ken Riseborough, for 31 years before his death in 2016. Marilynn is survived by her daughter Joanna, her daughter Jennifer (Larry), her grandchildren Angela Dittrich and Gerald Dittrich, her brother Stewart (Arlene), her nieces Adrianna (John), and Alison (Eddy), and her nephew Matthew (Julie). She is also survived by the children, Peter (Judy), Michael (Linda), Linda (Steve), David (Jane) and Marcia whom she gained through her marriage with Ken, as well as grandchildren Kathleen, Darren, Stephanie, Evan, Meghann, Justin, Danielle, Brooke, Rebecca and Michaela. Marilynn and Ken also had three great-grandchildren, Beau, Lettie, and Ada. Marilynn’s life was full of family, friends, travel, books, art, and music. Behind the lens of her cameras Marilynn captured the people she loved, landscapes to inspire her friends’ paintings, and the dozens of places around the world she visited with Ken. With family and friends, she enjoyed creating and sharing meals. At a celebration of her life later this summer, family and friends will be invited to continue to share stories.
