

Michael Kenneth Dietrich passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Anne Marie at his side on March 2, 2022, at the age of 59.
Mike and Anne Marie were devoted to each other and, true to their style as a couple, took on the challenge of Mike's ALS together. Mike was predeceased by his father Ken Dietrich and brother-in-law Peter Vasko. In addition to Anne Marie, Mike will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his mother Karen Dietrich, sisters Kathy Dietrich and Christine Dietrich, brother Paul (Melissa), children Jocelyn Green (Tyler), Emilie Dietrich, Nick Gray, Kurtis Gray (Rayna), and grandson Jacob Green. Mike will also be lovingly remembered by his in-laws, Helen and George Vasko, Kathy Vasko, Joe Vasko (Cheryl) and Linda Fraser (James). Mike will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mike enjoyed a good chat, world travels and cozy winter nights by the fire with Anne Marie.
Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are welcome to attend visitation at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm followed by a service beginning at 3:00 pm . All are welcome to live stream the service via ZOOM (link to follow below). Masks are required. Internment will take place on Wolfe Island, at a later date.
