

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Milan Nevola announces his peaceful passing on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Hospice Wellington, Guelph. He will be remembered and missed by his daughter Michelle and son in law Joel Sherwood. Milan was born on May 12, 1936 in Czech Republic to John and Maria Nevola (nee Kakos). He is predeceased by his wife Mireille Nevola. His brother Miro Nevola and sister in law Edit Toth, as well as many relatives and friends also mourn his passing. He will be remembered for his love of music and contribution to the field as a composer, conductor, and high school music teacher at G.C.V.I. He will be missed by all whose lives he has touched. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph (519-821-5077) on Sunday, December 28th from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice Wellington or to the Parkinson's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
