PALERMO, Nick At Hospice Wellington with his family by his side on Sunday, December 8, 2013. Nick Palermo, age 71 year, beloved husband of the late Franca (Pezzano) Palermo (2006). Dear father of Piera and her husband Jeff Brittenden and Nancy Palermo, all of Guelph. Loved Nonno of Ariana and Anika. Dear bother of Ignazio, Grispino, Tomaso, Sister Nardina, Maria and the late Margarita, all of Italy. Dear son-in-law of Nancy Pezzano of Guelph and loved brother-in-law and uncle. Known to many as “Mr. Nick”. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Nick will be on Wednesday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. Entombment at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
