Paul Anthony Bruder

There is much rejoicing in heaven! On Wednesday, January 6, 2016, our brother, Paul Anthony Bruder, was reunited with our mother, Mabel Ellen (Brown) (2011) and our father, Fern John Bruder (1966). Born with severe cerebral palsy, Paul was loved at home until the age of 14 years, when he moved to Southwest Regional Centre, Blenheim, Ontario, until 2007. For the last nine years, Paul has been loved and nurtured by the caring staff at Reid Woods, part of Elmira District Community Living. We are forever grateful to Joanne Olson and the many people who were part of Paul’s family at Reid Woods. Paul is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and their families: Bill and Karen, Kingston, Jim and Janet, Guelph, John and Linda, Elmira, and Bob and Kathy, Guelph. Paul and his family received exceptional care and support from the Emergency and ICU staff at Grand River Hospital.

A private Funeral Mass at Basilica of our Lady, Guelph, will be celebrated with family.
