Richard Plunckett Napier

NAPIER, Richard Peacefully, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, May 10, 2007. Richard P. Napier, in his 86th year, was the beloved husband of the late Rita (Morgan) Napier (1989). He was the loving father of Mary Scullion and her husband Gabriel of Guelph, Martin Napier and his wife Margaret of Bangor, Northern Ireland, Rosaleen Rooney and her husband Gerry of Oakville, John Napier of Manchester, England and Catherine Napier and her partner Barb of Winnipeg. Richard was a beloved grandfather and great- grandfather. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. A Vigil for Richard will take place on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Interment of cremated remains at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
