Roma Finamore

Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on March 25, 2014 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her loving parents Nicola and Maria Finamore. Loving sister of the late Carmel Alviano (Michael), the late Teresa Pellizzaris (Delfino), the late Frank Finamore, the late Annie Pigozzo (Aquino), the late Julia Macerollo (Dominic), the late Anthony Finamore (Helen), the late Vera Chisholm (Joseph), the late Josephine Dawe (Jim), the late Angie Perry (Carson), the late Lucy Tantardini (Charlie), the late Edith Kasza (John), the late Jim Finamore (Jean), and the late Joseph Finamore. Roma was a long standing member and past president of St. John’s Church CWL where she served faithfully for many years. A special thank you to the staff of Whispering Oaks, St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph for their kindness, compassion, and care of Roma. Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, for visitation on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral mass for Roma will be held at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph, on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11 am with procession to Marymount Cemetery for burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. John’s Parish Community Building Fund would be appreciated by the family. A funeral mass for Roma will be held at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph, on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
