

It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden and completely unexpected passing of our loved Sarah on Fri., Jan. 8th 2016, at home, at the age of 36 years.
Sarah is the beloved daughter of Dave and Marilyn Watson, cherished sister of Michael Watson (Carolina Pena) and adored aunt to Ricky & Nathaniel Watson (all of Guelph). Loved granddaughter of Clyde and the late Ruth (Nov.2015) Cressell and predeceased by grandparents Glenn & Ileen Watson. Sarah loved family gatherings and will always be remembered by her aunts and uncles: Phyllis Edwards & Dick Williamson (Freelton), Kevin Watson & Catherine Kenwell (Barrie) and Brian & Barbara Watson and cousins A.J. (Amy) & Robert Watson (all of London). Sarah will be missed by great aunts and a great uncle plus other family members and many friends.
Sarah graduated with a Degree in Sport Management (Honours) in 2003 and loved to be active and busy. She worked hard and was promoted to take on added responsibilities in all of the management positions that she held. Sarah was a dedicated and conscientious woman who took her professional, social and family responsibilities seriously, faithfully and with cheerful commitment.
In her leisure time Sarah enjoyed travel, camping, beach volleyball, field hockey and socializing with her many friends in Guelph and surrounding cities. Times together at family cottages near Huntsville and Orillia will be cherished memories for Sarah’s family and her many friends.
Private cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at St. James Anglican Church, 86 Glasgow St. N., Guelph on Thursday, January 14, 2016 From 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. A celebration of Sarah’s life will follow at 11 am with reception following in the church hall.
Sarah loved her two rescue cats Mooshie and Pepe, so in lieu of flowers donations suggested to the Guelph Humane Society, St. James Anglican Church (Guelph) or a charity of your choice.
