WINER, STANLEY GEORGE:-peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Friday March 14, 2008. Stan Winer, in his 85th year, beloved husband of Geraldine (Geri) (Daly) Winer for 57 years. Cherished father of Doug (Deborah) of Guelph; Pat Fleming of Fergus and Ken (Patti) of Arkell. Proud grandpa of Jason (Melissa) Fleming; Justin (Tracey) Fleming; Kyra; Brent; Lisa and Joseph Winer and great Grandpa of Brooklyn Fleming. Dear brother of Helen Stewart ; Jack (Shirley) all of Guelph and Joe (Barb) of Flamborough. Dear brother-in-law of Len Slaunwhite of Port Severin; Ev Winer of Puslinch; Don (Joan) Daly of Guelph and Ann Daly of Maynooth. Predeceased by a sister Mildred Slaunwhite and a brother Roy and brother-in-laws Allan Stewart and Alan Daly and his parents Wesley and Marion (McPherson) Winer. Fondly remembered by many nieces; nephews; friends and neighbours. Resting at the GILBERT MacINTYRE and SON FUNERAL HOME, HART CHAPEL, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph (Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm) Funeral on Monday morning, March 17th, to Holy Rosary Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 o'clock followed by cremation.
