MADRID, Tomas Ante (Tom) Jr. - Peacefully at his home on April 7, 2009 in his 68th year. Survived by son Thomas Justin, daughter-in-law Teresa and granddaughters Justina and Angelica; brothers Antonio (Linda), Ramon (Linda); sisters Teresita Esquivel, Emilia (Romulo) Cruz, Aurora Galvez and Victoria; nephews and nieces. Will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Special thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Jesse Rosauro, Mr. & Mrs. Wilbur Rosauro, Mr. & Mrs. Jose Carlos Paua, Tony Buenaventura, Evelyn Cortes, Alvin Galvez, Dr. Anna Issakoff-Meller; staff of CCAC, Bayshore & Robertson Brown Health Services; and all those who visited for their care and understanding. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Monday, April 13th and Tuesday, April 14th 2009 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Vigil will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's Church, 45 Victoria Rd.
