Walter Mickey Ford Kostyshyn

Kostyshyn, Dr. Walter (Chuck) - Born in Melville, Saskatchewan. Graduated from Melville High School, and from University of Saskatoon with a degree in Science prior to graduating from University of Toronto with a degree in Dental Surgery. He practiced Dentistry in Thunder Bay until retirement. Married Dorothy Matson of Barrie Ontario. They had four sons: Kent and wife Karen and son Keon, Craig and daughter Erin, Clark and wife Kimberley and children Nicole, Kenneth, and Laura. Predeceased by Charles Patrick. His final years of retirement were spent with family and friends at the Village by the Arboretum. Private cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Canon Jean Mitchell officiating.
