William John Bill Zaduk

ZADUK, William (Bill)~~ Passed away suddenly, at home, on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Bill Zaduk was the beloved husband of Lorna. Survived by his brother, Michael (Audrey), and by his sister-in-law, Valeria (Boots) Zaduk, and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, John and Irene Zaduk (who emigrated from Ukraine), by his brother, Nicholas (WWII), by his sister, Sarah, and by his brother, Peter. Bill was an amazing athlete: a professional boxer, an avid golfer, and a marathon runner. He was a long-time member of the Cutten Club, the former owner of the Conestogo Golf and Country Club, and a member of the Guelph Homebuilders' Association. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Friday, August 6, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 1 p.m. Cremation will follow .
