Zephera Sheridan Wilson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Zephera Wilson on November 13, 2022, surrounded by her family at the age of 97. Beloved wife to the late Andrew for 58 years. Loving mother of Sylvia Fernley (Wayne) and Drew. Cherished grandmother to Nicole, Andrew (Georgina), Dominique (Derek). Cherished great grandmother to Claire Zephera. Predeceased by her late brother Harry and late sister Audrey. Zephera will be missed by her many dear friends and extended family in Northern Ireland.

Zephera enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved trying new things and was never idle. She had a long list of interests that included dressmaking, knitting, rug hooking, antiques, art, home restorations, cooking and Bridge. Zephera’s and Andy’s sense of adventure had them traveling around the world sharing what they experienced with family and friends. Special thanks to “wee” Analiza, Alma and all the caregivers who took such wonderful care of mum over the last few years.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, cremation has taken place. The family would like to invite friends and relatives to join them for a casual Celebration of Life on November 19, 2022 from 1-3pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Salvation Army or Guelph General Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family. Donations can be made by cash or cheque at the funeral home or by following the link below.
