Catherine A. Hook, Age 80, of Wadsworth, IL, passed away October 1, 2014, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. Born June 13, 1934 in Manistique, MI. Member of St. John's United Church of Christ. Beloved wife to George C. Hook; loving mother to Robert (Jackie) Hook and Evelyn (Rob) Smyth; cherished and loving grandmother to Lauren, Katie and Maddie Hook; loving sister to Betty Starosta, Dorothy Slusser, Margaret Young, Robert (Shirley) Paulsen, Harold Paulsen, Richard (Sharon) Paulsen; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Norman Paulsen; brother, William (Norma) Paulsen; special thank you to her caregivers, Susan, Lisa, Michelle and Vickie. Service will be held Saturday, October 4, 2014, 3:00 p.m. at Marsh Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Visitation 2:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday at Marsh Funeral Home.
