Catherine M. Steinke, 81, of Waukegan, Illinois passed away on December 7, 2011 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 15, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois. Catherine was a member of St. Dismas Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Kenneth; children, Edward (Linda), Diane (Tom) Commons, Anthony (Connie) Steinke, Rosie (Michael) Martinelli, Gina (Michael) Klug; grandchildren, Raellen Furlan, Stephanie Commons, Ashley Steinke, Samantha Steinke, Michaela Martinelli, Sophia Martinelli, Catherine, Sarah, Samuel and Joseph Klug; sister; Marie Dominguez. Catherine was preceded in death by her sisters Angeline Calebrese and Tina Faber and her brothers Carl and Sam Martorano. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 4 to 8pm at Marsh Funeral Home. Funeral mass 10am on Monday, December 12 at St. Dismas, 2600 Sunset Ave. Waukegan, IL, with a visitation starting at 9am. Interment at Ascencion Cemetery.
