Daniel L.Daley, Age 55, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Vista East in Waukegan. He was born on October 24, 1957 in Waukegan, and attended Waukegan Schools. Dan, a giver of hope, demonstrated great generosity throughout his life and death, through donation. His older brother was able to enjoy 10 more wonderful years of life, due to Dan's selfless contribution of his kidney in 1985. Survivors include wife of 27 years, Cindy (Vogt) Daley, and twin daughters, Kristen and Samantha. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores (Koziol) Daley; father, Robert Daley; and his brother, James Daley. Memorial service, followed by luncheon, will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Lakeland Church (440 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Gift of Hope Organ Donor Network or National Kidney Foundation .
