It's hard to find the right words to describe how missed Dave is. Being around Dave, you knew that he would always bring a smile to your face.. always. His voice, sense of humor, wonderful spirit and kind heart.. lives on, through us all. Dave is loved, missed.. and thought of, often. It's still surreal that he has transitioned. Just wanted to share these few words, but no words suffice when it comes to describing the sadness that is felt.. therefore, we choose to think about the abundance of smiles that were had, and the good times. Dave will always be one the greatest people to ever cross my path. One of the funniest and most caring people I knew. I will miss him terribly but it brings me great comfort that I have so many great memories with him. My deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. You will be missed Webbie! Many memories from our Bonnie Brook Baptist Church days… but we had the chance to reconnect over the last few years. He will definitely be missed, especially his sharp wit and the laughing fits he caused. My thoughts, prayers, and love to the family. 

Dave was a genuine and amazing guy. There was never a time you would see him without a smile on his face. You brought such a positive spirit with you everyday and you will be truly missed Dave. My deepest condolences to the Weber family during this difficult time.

I was very fortunate to have known David through work. He had a great work ethic along with a fantastic sense of humor that made everyone laugh, which made working with him so enjoyable.  The void that he leaves will never be filled the same way.  God bless you, my friend.  I know that you will be with all of us in spirit.    

David was a part time employee of mind in the fire systems business. Some many stories to tell but this one I remember. I was contacted to do a fire inspection on Lowes warehouse in the Rockford area. We get there this building was 1.5 million square ft. It took 12 hrs. one day but he was a dedicated person. I am sorry for lose and will miss him greatly .

Dave was a great person. He was always willing to help if he could. I never had a dull moment with him.  Even in serious situations, he would find a way to make someone laugh. 

David was a joy to work with and an expert in fire life safety. His smile and witty humor will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. 

In all my time working with Dave, I never met a person that didn't like him. He was a great colleague and an even better person. 

Please accept my deepest condolences.  May your memories comfort you during this so very sad time.  We are all thinking of you. 

Dave was such a great guy. Never a grown on his face and always there to cheer you up when you needed it!  Such great memories with Dave from lunches at work to Chicago Wolves games. Rest easy brother!

Dave was an incredible team member that truly cared about the work he was doing to keep thousands of employees, customers, and patients safe.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.  

Dave was an amazing soul and will be truly missed.  We shared many laughs at work together and I am so lucky to have known him and called him a friend.  My heart is broken.  He will never be forgotten.  My prayers are with his family during this difficult time.  I am so sorry for your loss.  Love ya buddy!! Continue to watch over us!  

David was an amazing colleague. Very thoughtful and intelligent. Every time I walk by his desk, I will think fondly of him. To his family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My favorite memory. Dave used to make fun of me when I referred to my daughter as "the baby" because she was 9 yrs old. Every time I said I had to do something for "the baby" he would always say "oh you do mean the 9 yr old right?" Ah ok." And walk away. We would both always laugh afterwards.  He was a great friend to me. The memories of all the great times we shared will be kept dear to my heart. I will miss him very much.  My deepest condolences to the Weber Family.  

I just found out about Dave's passing. My deepest sympathies to Dave's family, he was a really good person and I loved him like a son. I have a number of great memories with Dave, particularly spending the day washing and waxing cars and just hanging out. We enjoyed each other's company.
