Debra Susan Prado

Debra was born to Jeannette Komar in Chicago, Illinois and was then adopted by Richard Snyder. She went on to attend high school in Zion, Illinois and then Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where she earned a paralegal degree. She worked in law most of her life, both as a paralegal and then in the collections department at Volkswagen.

Debra was quite the gambler and loved a good slot machine. She was also a classic car lover and drove in the Waukegan 4th of July parade for the last 10 years. Debra had a giant heart and helped anyone regardless of what the outcome was. She was a caring and loving person and will be missed by many.

Preceding Debra in death are her parents, Richard and Jeannette; and her brother, Raymond Lloyd.

Debra is survived by her brother Rick (Terri) Snyder; her nephew Cameron Stephens; best friend Darlene Winkler; partner Alfonso Lara Jr.; and her beloved dog, GiGi.

A memorial service for Debra will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031.
