She is survived by her sisters Lucille Gordon and Loretta (Gene) Steidl; nieces, Debbie Grant, Esther (Daniel) Mason, Diane (Allen) Boehm, Sheryl (Ron) Jackson, and Deirdre Zajac; nephews, William (Lynne) Gordon, Ron (Linda) Potoczny, Ken (Marti) Stefaniak; and many other nieces and nephews.
Preceded her in death, are her parents Anthony (Mary) Borucki; husband, Stanley Potoczny; brothers Edwin and Arthur Borucki; and brother in law, Frank Gordon.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2011, 11am-12 at St. Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Ave., Waukegan, IL. Funeral Mass will follow the visitation at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. Memorial donations to Save a Pet, or your local shelter would be appreciated.
