She is survived by her daughter Iris Henriquez, her grandson Manuel Henriquez, her granddaughters Tania Ugarte and Taina Muhammad, 9 great grandchildren and daughter in law Rebecca Vazquez. She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Vazquez Sr. in 1997, her son Jose Vazquez Jr. in 2002, her mother ,father and 4 siblings.
Visitation will be held at Marsh Funeral Home of Gurnee on Sunday June 15th from 3-7pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday June 16th at 10:00am. Interment at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville following . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
