He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Evalinda Andaya; four children, Susan Bigting, Erwin (Katherine) Andaya, Edward Andaya and Erik (Kristina) Andaya; six grandchildren, Emily, Daniel, Sean, Madison, Joshua and Justin; and a sister, Susan Billones.
Eulogio was preceded in death by his parents Eulogio and Gloria Andaya and siblings, Dinah, Nenita and Victor.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a funeral mass at 5:00 PM all at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, Illinois 60031. Burial private.
