Luis Rodriguez, 69, of Winthrop Harbor, IL. Church member of The First Baptist Church of Waukegan for many yrs. and the Well Church, State Commander A.G.I.F. U.S. Army Veteran. Local Commander of A.G.I.F. VFW and the Polish Legion. Beloved husband of Esther of 47 years, loving father of Lisa (Jackson) Nyabuto, Louis (Dawn) Rodriguez II and Nicole Rodriguez, dear grandfather of Jackie, Mercedes, Eddie, Louis III, Tyler, Jordan, Brandon, Zacary and Mia. Dear brother of Raymond Rodriguez, in-laws Pat (Frank) major, Rebecca (Henry) Baez, John (Pat) Medel, Joan (Randy) Thornton and Margaret (Doug) Dietrich. Host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Consuelo and Lewis Rodriguez, two brothers, Daniel and Robert, one sister Genevieve. In-laws Robert and Esther Medel, brother in-law Robert Medel. Place of service is the Well Church, 9001 17th Ave., Wednesday September 23, 2015, 10:30am. Clergy: Reverend Daniel Stanford. Burial will be at North Shore Garden of Memories. Visitation from 6-9pm Tuesday at Marsh Funeral Home.
