Manuel Perez Sr, 49, of Waukegan, IL passed away April 10, 2011 at Vista East Medical Center. He was born August 3, 1961 in Waukegan. Manuel was a faithful member of Holy Family. He belonged to the Moose Club, coached for Waukegan Park District for many years and was an active member of the Waukegan Chiefs football team in which he also played. Manuel is survived by his children, Margarita, Manuel Jr and Madeline Perez; his father Miguel Perez Lopez Sr.; a niece, Monique and a nephew, Miguel Perez III; step daughters, Heather and Nicole and many cousins.
Preceded in death by his mother Maria Luisa and brother, Miguel Perez Jr.
Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 4 to 8pm at Marsh Funeral Home. Funeral mass is Wednesday, April 13, 2011 a 10am with a visitation before from 9 to 10am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 450 Keller Ave. Waukegan, IL. Burial will be private.
