I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Robin's passing. I first met Robin in grade school at Immaculate Conception, where she and I became great friends. That friendship remained over the years and even though we did not see or even talk to that often, when we did come back together it was as if no time had passed at all. My heart goes out to her family and other friends as I know how much she will be missed. RIP my dear friend; your beautiful smile remains in my heart forever.

I met Robin at Abbott. I got to know her and discovered she was also my neighbor. Before I retired I offered to walk Lily for her at lunchtime. I got to know her better and spent time with Lily teaching her tricks after our walk. I know Robin helped me more than I helped her. She is someone I will never forget and neither will my bunny, Oreo.

Robin will always be remembered for her loving devotion to her family and her nephews David and Wesley. She was an ever present godmother who attended numerous football and baseball games. I believe the happiest times of her life were attending the football and wrestling matches of her son Joey. Then bearing witness to her son RJ and his beautiful wife and child was another source of happiness for her. A true fan of the Packers, I believe she will be at peace watching future games with her father, John senior, in heaven. Robin was a brave fighter enduring ongoing medical obstacles. It’s hard to fathom why this happened to her. Her legacy lives on in her family and friends. We will all miss her dearly.

I remember Robin ALWAYS with a smile on her face. I looked forward to seeing her posts.... traveling the world and spending time with her family! Robin had such a beautiful spirit... one that I know will live on through the many memories that can be shared amongst her loved ones. We never got that walk in together as planned.... maybe on the other side! Til we meet again... rest easy! Love you cousin!

Robin was such a beautiful person inside and out! I remember growing up as a young kid having the biggest crush on her! I would always ask my mom and dad if we were going over to the Dayers so i could see my crush! I always loved seeing her posts and her travels. Robin you will be missed by a lot of people including myself even though we hardly talked in the past years. Peace be with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Dayer family. Words can not say how so sad I was when RJ called me with this terrible news. RJ and Joe-Joe have a Big angel watching over them and keeping them safe. I love you all and may all the memories get you through this tough time. My deepest sympathy.

I am so sad for your loss. I sat next to Robin when she started at Abbott. She was such a nice happy person you couldn't help but like her and become fast friends. Robin, our friend Cheryl, and I enjoyed hanging out together. Thinking back, some of our fun adventures included the Maxwell Street flea market in Mukwonago, lunch and pie at the Elegant Farmer shop, champagne & chocolate walk in Antioch, volunteering together at the Wisconsin state marathon, visiting Chicago, meeting her family members at the Lake County fairgrounds, sharing meals at each other's homes, etc.... I was lucky to have seen her when I went back to Illinois for a visit this past summer. I'll miss her.
